Dr. Kristine Sarna Dr. Kristine Sarna is a board-certified Family Physician specializing in wellness and anti-aging services. She is an Arizona native, having completed her medical school education at the University of Arizona in Tucson and her Family Practice Residency at Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix. Dr. Sarna is also Board Certified in Integrative Holistic Medicine and is holds certification in Medical Acupuncture from UCLA School of Medicine. Dr. Sarna enjoys treating patients of all ages. She believes in providing natural options for our patients to improve their health, including vitamin and nutraceutical therapies as well as acupuncture and lifestyle modifications. Dr. Sarna has specialized training in Bio-Identical Hormone therapy for men and women. Dr. Sarna is co-owner of Norterra Family Medicine and Paradise Medspa & Wellness, our sister office, providing cosmetic skin care and wellness services. |

Dr. Rebecca Weiss Dr. Rebecca Weiss is a board-certified Family Physician with a special emphasis on women’s health and dermatologic care. As an osteopathic physician she takes a holistic approach to medicine. Dr. Weiss believes in developing a partnership with our patients, empowering patients to take charge of their health through education and encouragement toward more healthy lifestyles. Dr. Weiss graduated from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and subsequently pursued her residency in Family Medicine at Brown University. Dr. Weiss is co-owner of Norterra Family Medicine and Paradise Medspa & Wellness, our sister office, providing cosmetic skin care and wellness services. |

Mollyann Allen, PA. Mollyann Allen is a board certified Physician Assistant. She attended and graduated from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. She is also a Arizona State University graduate and received a degree in Exercise Physiology. She has worked in Family Practice and Internal Medicine for the last thirteen years. She enjoys treating patients of all ages and being able to care for entire families. She believes in practicing preventive medicine and trying to maintain overall wellness. She has a special interest in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy and has additional training in this area. Mollyann is passionate about being a patient advocate. She has resided in Phoenix since 1992. Mollyann has been married for fifteen years and is a proud mother of two children. |

Kelly Lime, PA. Kelly Lime received her Master of Medical Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona in 2002 and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Physiology from the University of Minnesota in 1997. She has over 8 years experience in the treatment of pediatric and adult allergic disorders and is a certified asthma educator. She is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy. Kelly is bilingual in English and Spanish thanks to her studies abroad in Argentina. She and her husband enjoy raising their 6 children and travelling. |

Sue Heck, RN, MS, FNP-C, MEP-C An Arizona native, Sue spent most of her Nursing career working in the Emergency Department at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Phoenix. She left there after receiving her Masters in Nursing and Advanced Nursing Practice degree in 1997. She has worked in Family Practice offices, Urgent Care, Convenient Care Clinic, mobile school clinic, as a legal nurse consultant, and in medical esthetics for 7 years. In addition to working part time providing primary care in Glendale, Arizona, she was the Clinical Director of GreatSkin AZ, where she performed aesthetic and laser procedures, such as Botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, injection Sclerotherapy, Mesotherapy, benign mole removal, and acne care. She has been married for 22 years, and has 2 daughters finally out of High School. |

TeAnn Philippis, PA. TeAnn Philippis is a board-certified Physician Assistant. She received her Master of Medical Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona in 2002. She also attended Arizona State University and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences and her Master of Natural Science degree in Audiology. She has over 8 years of experience in both Family Practice and Bariatrics. TeAnn loves family medicine and is passionate about creating lasting relationships with her patients of all ages. She is originally from North Dakota and has resided in Arizona since 1977. TeAnn is married and has two young children. |
